Those Danged Class Action Lawsuits are Hurting Bush's MoneyBuddies

If this law gets passed, you can forget about repeats of the asbestos and tobacco industry lawsuits, that did so much good for American citizens and revealed the corporate greed that brought it all about. That same corporate greed got Bush II elected. But frivolous lawsuits like that are hurting Bush's moneybuddies, and as a lame duck (was that term ever more appropriate?) Dubya's been assigned to put an end to it, cut you and me off from the nefarious and untrustworthy jury system, and let the current equivalents of asbestos and tobacco thrive untouched at the hands of Bush-appointed Federal judges, get that money out of the hands of those unscrupulous private lawyers and back into the hands of those scrupulous corporate lawyers. That will be good for everybody, like asbestos.
