No Black Conservative Graft-Taker Left Behind

"The Bush administration [using a big bundle of your tax money] paid a prominent commentator to promote the No Child Left Behind schools law to fellow blacks and to give the education secretary media time, records show.

A company run by Armstrong Williams was paid $240,000 by the Education Department. The goal was to deliver positive messages about Bush's education overhaul [the man is a shining example of education], using Williams' broad reach with minorities."

Presumably not the slow, stumbling, inarticulate messages, often using the word 'nukular,' by the spokesman through which the US communicates its highest intent to the rest of the world.
