Time Cover

Just saw the face of George W. Bush on the cover of Time and it was the exact face I'd seen long ago in the poem Uptown written by Allen Ginsberg, that ends:

"IfIhadmywayI'dcutoffyourhairandsendyoutoVietnam" -
"Bless you then" I replied to a hatted thin citizen hurrying to the barroom door
upon wet dark Amsterdam Avenue decades later -
"And if I couldn't do that I'd cut your throat" he snarled farewell,
and "Bless you" I added as he went to his fate in the rain,
dapper Irishman.

That Irishman has Bush's face.
